Legal Grounds

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn…” (Isaiah 61: 1-5).

Vision

Our vision is that anyone who has truly accepted Jesus the Christ as Savior and Lord would know the reality of the freedom He purchased for all mankind. Thus, every Christian would be cleansed from demonic interference and oppression arising from idolatrous, ancestral and marital backgrounds, corruption of evil associations and initiations, and exposures to every manner of evil influences.

Mission:

Our mission is to train and build a Deliverance Revolutionary Army (DRA) that will be fully equipped and empowered to set the captive free and release those in bondage. Thus our mission demands that those that are being born-again would also be given instant deliverance ministration, so that these would in turn become channels for the deliverance of others from corrupted backgrounds and lifestyles.
Our mission is to generate a high level of interest and understanding amongst believers in order that they may actively respond to deliverance ministration training, so that graduates will further the vision of the Church of Jesus Christ.

Mandate:

Our mandate is to train, educate, equip and empower the individual Christian to pull down satanic strongholds, expose the works of iniquity and build godly fortresses over Christians in their homes and community. We are mandated to open the prison gates, set the captives free and release those in bondage.

In view of our mandate, deliverance training shall be the core course for every student that enrolls in PWDI. Also, every student shall go through series of ministrations at each stage of the training, so that each student would understand the practical aspect of the School of deliverance by personal experience and involvement.

Our mandate is to give every student an opportunity to participate actively in deliverance ministration, so that knowledge imparted will be skillfully utilized.
Our mandate is to empower all graduating students by ordination and licensing so that they will be free to take deliverance revolution along with them to the nations (Isaiah 61: 1-5).

PWDBI Doctrinal Statement

What we believe:

The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible word of God. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters that concern this institution (II Timothy 3:16-17).

Almighty God: We believe that there is only one God eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (I John 5:7).

Christ Jesus: We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His Miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His Bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.

The Church: We believe in the Universal Church which is the body of believers all over the world. We believe in the blessed hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.

Salvation: We believe in the salvation of lost and sinful man. That salvation is by the grace of God through the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Baptisms: We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Baptism by immersion in water and Baptism by fire as indicated in Holy Scripture (Acts 2: 38-39).

Communion: We believe in the taking of the Holy Communion as a symbol of fellowship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and a sign of unity in the body of Christ which is the Church (I Corinthians 15:12-17; Hebrews 8:1).

Resurrection: We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, His ascension into heaven, His present life in heaven as our High Priest and advocate, and His return to rapture His Church (I Thessalonians 4: 15-18).

Man: We believe that man was created in the image of God, that through sin, man incurred both spiritual and physical death (Genesis 1: 26-28)

Marriage: We believe that marriage is between two people of opposite sex or gender, which is one man to one woman (Genesis 2:18, Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, 20:15, Romans 1:26-27)

Unity: We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:4-6).

The Five-Fold Ministry: We believe in the five-fold ministerial offices as given to the Church: the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry and the edification of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4: 11-12).
